Qur'an 36:79
قُلْ يُحْيِيهَا ٱلَّذِىٓ أَنشَأَهَآ أَوَّلَ مَرَّةٍ وَهُوَ بِكُلِّ خَلْقٍ عَلِيمٌ
Translation
Say, "He will give them life who produced them the first time; and He is, of all creation, Knowing."
