Qur'an 36:43
وَإِن نَّشَأْ نُغْرِقْهُمْ فَلَا صَرِيخَ لَهُمْ وَلَا هُمْ يُنقَذُونَ
Translation
And if We should will, We could drown them; then no one responding to a cry would there be for them, nor would they be saved
