Qur'an 36:10
وَسَوَآءٌ عَلَيْهِمْ ءَأَنذَرْتَهُمْ أَمْ لَمْ تُنذِرْهُمْ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ
Translation
And it is all the same for them whether you warn them or do not warn them - they will not believe.
