Qur'an 29:62
ٱللَّهُ يَبْسُطُ ٱلرِّزْقَ لِمَن يَشَآءُ مِنْ عِبَادِهِ وَيَقْدِرُ لَهُٓ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ بِكُلِّ شَىْءٍ عَلِيمٌ
Translation
Allah extends provision for whom He wills of His servants and restricts for him. Indeed Allah is, of all things, Knowing.
