Qur'an 23:45
ثُمَّ أَرْسَلْنَا مُوسَىٰ وَأَخَاهُ هَٰرُونَ بِـَٔايَٰتِنَا وَسُلْطَٰنٍ مُّبِينٍ
Translation
Then We sent Moses and his brother Aaron with Our signs and a clear authority
