Qur'an 21:63
قَالَ بَلْ فَعَلَهُ كَبِيرُهُمْ هَٰذَا فَسْـَٔلُوهُمْ إِن كَانُوا يَنطِقُونَ
Translation
He said, "Rather, this - the largest of them - did it, so ask them, if they should [be able to] speak."
