Qur'an 19:81
وَٱتَّخَذُوا مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ ءَالِهَةً لِّيَكُونُوا لَهُمْ عِزًّا
Translation
And they have taken besides Allah [false] deities that they would be for them [a source of] honor.
