Qur'an 19:74
وَكَمْ أَهْلَكْنَا قَبْلَهُم مِّن قَرْنٍ هُمْ أَحْسَنُ أَثَٰثًا وَرِءْيًا
Translation
And how many a generation have We destroyed before them who were better in possessions and [outward] appearance?
