Qur'an 18:84
إِنَّا مَكَّنَّا لَهُ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ وَءَاتَيْنَٰهُ مِن كُلِّ شَىْءٍ سَبَبًا
Translation
Indeed We established him upon the earth, and We gave him to everything a way.
