Qur'an 18:101
ٱلَّذِينَ كَانَتْ أَعْيُنُهُمْ فِى غِطَآءٍ عَن ذِكْرِى وَكَانُوا لَا يَسْتَطِيعُونَ سَمْعًا
Translation
Those whose eyes had been within a cover [removed] from My remembrance, and they were not able to hear.
