Qur'an 16:21
أَمْوَٰتٌ غَيْرُ أَحْيَآءٍ وَمَا يَشْعُرُونَ أَيَّانَ يُبْعَثُونَ
Translation
They are, [in fact], dead, not alive, and they do not perceive when they will be resurrected.
