Qur'an 16:107
ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّهُمُ ٱسْتَحَبُّوا ٱلْحَيَوٰةَ ٱلدُّنْيَا عَلَى ٱلْءَاخِرَةِ وَأَنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَا يَهْدِى ٱلْقَوْمَ ٱلْكَٰفِرِينَ
Translation
That is because they preferred the worldly life over the Hereafter and that Allah does not guide the disbelieving people.
