Qur'an 13:39
يَمْحُوا ٱللَّهُ مَا يَشَآءُ وَيُثْبِتُ وَعِندَهُٓ أُمُّ ٱلْكِتَٰبِ
Translation
Allah eliminates what He wills or confirms, and with Him is the Mother of the Book.
