سُورَةُ هُودٍ“Hud”

Qur'an 11:117
وَمَا كَانَ رَبُّكَ لِيُهْلِكَ ٱلْقُرَىٰ بِظُلْمٍ وَأَهْلُهَا مُصْلِحُونَ
Translation
And your Lord would not have destroyed the cities unjustly while their people were reformers.
