Surah Al-Maa'un 107
سُورَةُ المَاعُونِ“Almsgiving”7 Ayat
107:1Have you seen the one who denies the Recompense?أَرَءَيْتَ ٱلَّذِى يُكَذِّبُ بِٱلدِّينِ
107:1
107:2For that is the one who drives away the orphanفَذَٰلِكَ ٱلَّذِى يَدُعُّ ٱلْيَتِيمَأَرَءَيْتَ ٱلَّذِى يُكَذِّبُ بِٱلدِّينِ
Have you seen the one who denies the Recompense?
107:2
107:3And does not encourage the feeding of the poor.وَلَا يَحُضُّ عَلَىٰ طَعَامِ ٱلْمِسْكِينِفَذَٰلِكَ ٱلَّذِى يَدُعُّ ٱلْيَتِيمَ
For that is the one who drives away the orphan
107:3
107:4So woe to those who prayفَوَيْلٌ لِّلْمُصَلِّينَوَلَا يَحُضُّ عَلَىٰ طَعَامِ ٱلْمِسْكِينِ
And does not encourage the feeding of the poor.
107:4
107:5[But] who are heedless of their prayer -ٱلَّذِينَ هُمْ عَن صَلَاتِهِمْ سَاهُونَفَوَيْلٌ لِّلْمُصَلِّينَ
So woe to those who pray
107:5
107:6Those who make show [of their deeds]ٱلَّذِينَ هُمْ يُرَآءُونَٱلَّذِينَ هُمْ عَن صَلَاتِهِمْ سَاهُونَ
[But] who are heedless of their prayer -
107:6
107:7And withhold [simple] assistance.وَيَمْنَعُونَ ٱلْمَاعُونَٱلَّذِينَ هُمْ يُرَآءُونَ
Those who make show [of their deeds]
107:7
وَيَمْنَعُونَ ٱلْمَاعُونَ
And withhold [simple] assistance.
