أَلۡهَىٰكُمُ ٱلتَّكَاثُرُ ١
Competition in [worldly] increase diverts you
Surah At-Takathur

بِسۡمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
حَتَّىٰ زُرۡتُمُ ٱلۡمَقَابِرَ ٢
Until you visit the graveyards.
كـَلَّا سَوۡفَ تَعۡلَمُونَ ٣
No! You are going to know.
ثُمَّ كـَلَّا سَوۡفَ تَعۡلَمُونَ ٤
Then no! You are going to know.
كـَلَّا لَوۡ تَعۡلَمُونَ عِلۡمَ ٱلۡيَقِينِ ٥
No! If you only knew with knowledge of certainty...
لَتَرَوُنَّ ٱلۡجَحِيمَ ٦
You will surely see the Hellfire.
ثُمَّ لَتَرَوُنَّهَا عَيۡنَ ٱلۡيَقِينِ ٧
Then you will surely see it with the eye of certainty.
ثُمَّ لَتُسۡـَٔلُنَّ يَوۡمَئِذٍ عَنِ ٱلنَّعِيمِ ٨
Then you will surely be asked that Day about pleasure.
أَلۡهَىٰكُمُ ٱلتَّكَاثُرُ ١ حَتَّىٰ زُرۡتُمُ ٱلۡمَقَابِرَ ٢ كـَلَّا سَوۡفَ تَعۡلَمُونَ ٣ ثُمَّ كـَلَّا سَوۡفَ تَعۡلَمُونَ ٤ كـَلَّا لَوۡ تَعۡلَمُونَ عِلۡمَ ٱلۡيَقِينِ ٥ لَتَرَوُنَّ ٱلۡجَحِيمَ ٦ ثُمَّ لَتَرَوُنَّهَا عَيۡنَ ٱلۡيَقِينِ ٧ ثُمَّ لَتُسۡـَٔلُنَّ يَوۡمَئِذٍ عَنِ ٱلنَّعِيمِ ٨
